This complex is comprised of 58 one-bedroom apartments which are spread out over two levels. Each unit was renovated in 2005 and features modern décor with American-style kitchen, living room with sofa bed and satellite TV and private bathroom with shower and paid WiFi access.

El Lago Verde
Make the most of the summer sunshine and head for the beach during your holiday in July. If you want to avoid the summer crowds, spend a few hours at El Lago Verde. This bay is located in Yaiza and is usually very quiet, making it perfect for holidaymakers who want to avoid the summer crowds. El Lago Verde translates into English as "The Green Lake", which is exactly what it is a lake which is coloured green from the suspended plant organisms which live inside it.
It's situated on the edge of a half-submerged volcano and is connected to the sea by underground tunnels. Although El Lago Verde isn't suitable for swimming, the clean sea just metres away from the lake is. However, the waves are often quite rough and there are lots of rocks to climb over before you reach the sea, so take care. The sand here is volcanic and black and there are no services or facilities except for a large car park so make sure you take your own shade and food with you.
