The typical weather featured in Vera Playa is truly ideal. Located on the southern coast of Spain, Vera Playa boasts over 320 days of annual sunshine providing a desirable climate with the lowest rainfall levels throughout Europe. The area surrounding Vera Playa and its nearby resorts are similar to the desert plateaus found in Africa. The typical climate featured throughout these areas is extremely arid and receives almost no rainfall at all from June to September. This beneficially supplies Playa Vera with year round hot daytime temperatures and unbroken sunshine.
Summer
Summers in Vera Playa are ideal for those who love scorching temperatures and long hours of sunshine. With thanks to its coastal position, Vera Playa receives soothing sea breezes throughout its hottest summer months that ensure to lower the sweltering hot summer temperatures. However if youâre planning an excursion further inland to the countryside mid-summer temperatures can at times be quite unbearable. Vera Playa provides constant summer temperatures of 28ºC to 30ºC and clear clue skies day by day. The resort averages at twelve long hours of sunshine each day and barely any rainfall at all.
Autumn
Being a very pleasant time to visit, the autumn months receive warm to hot temperatures and long hours of lasting sunshine. With average climates ranging between 28ºC in September to 19ºC in November, Vera Playa assures the perfect vacation particularly when the daily temperatures start to lower in the UK. Rainfall does begin to increase throughout October and November; however showers tend to be brief and light.
Winter
Because of Vera Playaâs arid-like climate, the resort shows rather little seasonal variation. Winter climates during the day show temperatures lowering to 14ºC at the bare minimum, while nights still stay mild and pleasant. Sea temperatures always seem to stay a couple of degrees higher than the air, therefore taking a dip in the warm Mediterranean is always possible after a day in the winter sunshine. Although winter is the wettest period of the year, precipitation levels throughout this time still only average at 100mm over December, January and February combined.
Spring
The spring provides excellent weather with long hours of sunshine and mild climates. From March to May temperatures remain fairly similar and sunshine hours rise from seven to nine before the commencement of summer. Rainfall levels also decrease significantly by April allowing one to enjoy an ideal Easter Vacation.
