Things to do in Tenerife in November
Horse Riding Tenerife
Animal and nature lovers won't want to miss the chance to go horseback riding with Horse Riding Tenerife. The only British family-run stables on the island, Horse Riding Adventures in Tenerife is located to the west of Aldea Blanca and can easily be reached by any resort in the south.
The owners offer horse and pony treks in the countryside surrounding the stables as well as lessons for beginners and experienced riders. There is a pony club every Saturday morning between 10.30am and 12.30pm, when tourists and residents enjoy games and competitions while learning to ride.
Medieval Adventure at Castillo San Miguel
When it comes to evening entertainment, the Medieval Adventure at Castillo San Miguel is one of the best nights out in Tenerife. Situated at the bottom of Aldea Blanca, just up from Las Chafiras, this performance takes you on a journey back through time, with jousting knights, horses, sword fights and damsels in distress. After you've watched the show and cheered for the knight fighting for your honour, you'll get to enjoy an authentic medieval meal no cutlery allowed. The evening comes to a close as the Drifters take to the stage to perform a series of glitzy American soul classics.
