March is yet another beautiful time to visit the island of St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands.

The temperature is, by many beach lovers' standards, perfect. The many public beaches are crowded and alive with activity all year long. Some of them do charge admission/parking fees, so check before you choose a beach if that is an important factor in your choice.

Some of these beaches include Lindquist Beach, Magens Bay, Honeymoon Beach, and Sapphire Beach. The beaches of Water Island and St. John are also feasible options for sunbathing, swimming or any other water activities as well.

Many people enjoy aquatic adventures such as scuba diving, jet skiing, snorkelling, and kayaking and several different boating options are offered.

As an example, tourists can choose a powerboat or a sailboat adventure. They can opt for a day trip around all the surrounding islands, or they can even venture out alone by renting a boat themselves.

Deep sea fishing is another activity available. There are 4, 6, and 8-hour tours offerred by many different fishing companies.

Aerial tours, taxi tours, and walking tours are all popular ways to see the island any time of year. These will allow tourists to see some of the most prominent and popular features of the island in a short amount of time.
