Sousse in Tunisia has wonderfully pleasant weather during October. If you're looking for a place to enjoy the fall, Sousse is a great choice. There is plenty to do at Port El Kantaoui. It is the second largest marina in Tunisia and was built in the 1970s as a means to attract tourists. You'll see beautiful boats and yachts in the marina but along the edge of it are the main tourist attractions; shops, restaurants, cafés and more all intended to provide a tranquil experience for you on your holiday.
For more shopping opportunities, you must try shopping in the Sousse Medina. Located on a hillside in the center of the city, this is one of the finest medinas in Tunisia. Meander through the narrow streets filled with shops selling almost everything you could think of including leather and wooden goods. Go with a sense of humor and enjoy shopping and culture at the same time where you can try your hand at bargaining. A tip: saying "la la shoekarin" means "no thank you."
