Things to do in Sicily in February

Temple of Concord

You don't have to be a history buff to enjoy a trip to Temple of Concord, a perfectly preserved ancient temple that has been towering over Agrigento for more than two thousand years. Similar in style to the Acropolis, the temple is nonetheless unique in design and attracts millions of tourists and history buffs each year. The area is spotlessly clean and the temple is in amazing condition and the temples are lined with olive trees that are hundreds of years old.

Stromboli Volcano

Make time to take a trip up the Stromboli Volcano during your stay. If you choose to do an excursion, you can climb 900m to the top of the volcano or stop about half way. Alternatively, you can make your own way up the volcano and go as far as you please. During your climb you'll see some amazing views and if you time it correctly a beautiful sunset.
