December is the first full month of winter in Shark's Bay, Egypt yet it is still a great holiday destination if you would like to escape the cold. The average rainfall is at the highest level for the year, but should not be an issue.

Average highs rise to 23°C (73°F) which are mostly seen after December 21st as the first half of the month has daily highs that reach 25°C (77°F). Average lows go down to 14°C (57°F) and are also mostly experienced after December 21st with daily lows in the first half of the month getting to 17°C (63°F). December as a whole sees daily falling highs with only one day in ten going over 28°C (83°F) or under 20°C (68°F). Daily lows only fall under 12°C (54°F) or go above 19°C (67°F) every one in ten days.

This is a very popular restaurant with locals and for good reason. Some menu items to try include the seafood soup, mixed seafood grill and a fresh fish buffet. One thing to note is that this is a no alcohol restaurant.
For a taste of Thailand while on holiday in Egypt head to the Blue House Thai Restaurant. This restaurant is perfect for any occasion and offers a scenic view of the Red Sea. All of the food prepared is of the highest quality and some menu items include spring rolls, spicy penang curry and shrimp pad Thai.
