Sarigerme's beach is a long stretch of sand, home to watersports, sunbeds and picnic areas. There is plenty to do in terms of activities--from paragliding, jet skiing, windsailing, and swimming. Families can also enjoy swimming with dolphins, a popular activity for children.

Iztuzu Beach

Nearby Iztuzu Beach is a nesting ground for loggerhead turtles, just a few kilometres from Dalyan. Also known as Turtle Beach, the government has imposed strict regulations over the area to protect some 300 nests per year. Tourists are encouraged to stay mindful of the rules and keep the turtles' peace. Minibuses and boats run regularly from Dalyan to the beach, though because of its distance from the city it is never crowded. The beach is lined with trees and the shallow shoreline is very suitable for small children.
