Santorini Beach for July

Mesa Pigadia Beach

If you're just interested in sunbathing, Mesa Pigadia Beach is a great place to go. Here you'll find a beach made up almost entirely of pebbles which provides you with the perfect place to lie down your towel and soak up the rays, although it's not really suitable for families with young children or those who envisaged playing games on the sand.

The water gets very deep as soon as you enter, which makes it ideal for scuba divers which will have great fun diving down to the bottom. You'll find a handful of facilities here, including parasols, sun loungers and a small tavern which serves food and drink throughout the day.

Koloumpis Beach

When it comes to nudist beaches, Koloumpos Beach is one of the best in Santorini. Due to its remote location, not many people go to this beach, making it perfect if you want to get away from the bustling summer crowds. You'll need a car to get to this beach, but there is free parking provided so you don't have to worry.

The beach itself is made up of a combination of light sand, dark sand and pebbles, so make sure you bring a pair of flip flops or water shoes to protect your feet. Unfortunately, there are no services or facilities available onsite, so you'll need to bring your own shade, food and drinks with you.

Bars and Restaurants

Anogi Restaurant

Located in Imerovigli, this eatery is very popular especially during summer so make sure you book a table if you don't want to miss out.
