Summer in San Antonio is the hottest time of year with temperatures reaching up to as hot as around 28°C, providing the perfect weather for enjoying lazy days sunbathing as well as being out and about. San Antonio receives very little rain during the summer months with up to 4 days of precipitation.
Autumn is slightly cooler than summer but still boasts beautiful weather and hot rays of sunshine and can get to around a pleasant 25°C on warm days. Temperatures may drop, however, as autumn draws on to around 12°C in November time. Temperatures are mild and not particularly cool in autumn. Days out in the sun are still a possibility in early autumn.
San Antonio receives slightly more rain in autumn than in summer, with up to 66 millimetres of precipitation over October (the wettest month of the year). Still, this is not too much and does not need to put an end to a fantastic holiday. Other autumn months receive less rain but it might still be a good idea for visitors to bring an umbrella with them anyway and to check the weather forecast before their arrival.
Winter is the coldest time of year in San Antonio and, although the sun may not beam out hot rays as often and sunbathing becomes less feasible, San Antonio still provides weather that is ideal and convenient for outdoor activities with temperatures reaching up to around 14°C. However, temperatures may drop to around 8°C during the winter months so it is recommended that visitors come prepared for cooler weather and to bring a coat and jumper with them.
Winter receives up around 9 days of precipitation over each month with a maximum of around 56 millimetres of rain in the month of December. January and February, however, do not receive much rain at around 30 millimetres in total each month.
Spring is typically a warmer time of year compared to the winter months and as the months draw on, fun days spent on the beach become possible once more. Although temperatures only reach up to around 18°C, San Antonio still provides a considerably pleasant and comfortable climate. Springtime may, however, be a slightly cool time of year with temperatures dropping to around 11°C so remember to check the weather forecast before your stay to make sure you are prepared for your holiday in San Antonio. The Spanish holiday resort does not receive that much rain over the spring months and each month has around 7 days of precipitation in total.
All in all, San Antonio has a pleasant all year round climate. It has its beaches to lounge upon during the day time and a lively nightlife when the sun goes down.
