What's the Weather like in San Agustin in September
Even as the year spins past the summer high season, September remains an excellent month to visit San Agustin weather-wise. Temperatures remain steady at their yearlong highs. Additionally, the ocean's water temperature rises to the warmest average of the year. If you can plan a trip this month then do it and take advantage of the shrinking crowds.
Temperature
As we take a look at the month's weather forecast don't expect too many surprises. In keeping with prior months the average temperature holds at 20°C, an ideal temperature for those prefer temperate conditions. Highs through the month will rise to 25°C, while lows reach down to 13°C. These temperatures are comparable with the larger island of the Canaries, Tenerife, where monthly highs reach up to 27°C, and monthly lows only swing down to 20°C.
Rainfall
Rainfall picks up slightly from the previous summer months, when the resort beach town is at its driest. This month you can expect 3mm of accumulative rainfall falling across a span of three days. With such miniscule amounts of precipitation you needn't be concerned about losing any valuable time to rain.
Average Sunshine Hours
The common trend for the month is sunshine. The days during this month are expected to include ten hours of sunshine each. So while you can plan to leave the umbrella back at home, pack some sunscreen to protect your skin through those enjoyable hours out in the sun.
Average Sea Temperature
You may go a step further and invest in waterproof sunblock as ocean temperatures reach their annual high at 23°C. This along with mostly sunny days means you'll experience great conditions for swimming.
