What's the weather like in Sa Coma in June?
June is the official start of summer and the high season for the city of Sa Coma. During this month, and for the next two months, visitors can expect large crowds at the beaches as well as the area's most popular tourist sites. Prices can also be a bit higher during this time as hotels, restaurants and flights will cost just a little bit more. However, if you are a fan of gorgeous beaches and a great climate, the extra money is worth it to visit during this time of the year.
Sea Temperature
Additionally, after five months of water temperatures that were too cold to enjoy, that is not the case now. For the first time all year, vacationers cannot only enjoy the beach, but the water as well. This is because temperatures in the water have finally climbed to more manageable numbers. During the month, the average sea temperature is now a much warmer 21°C (70°F). While this may still be too cold for infants, the rest of the family should be able to enjoy the waves and the water.
Temperature
On land, temperatures are climbing as well. In fact, the average daily temperature for this time of the year is a very pleasant 22°C (72°F). This also marks the first time when visitors will want to pack more summer clothes than winter ones. The average daytime high temperature for the month is a warm 27°C (81°F). While warmer, it is not exceedingly hot allowing visitors to enjoy the myriad of outdoor activities on the island. The average overnight lows are also warmer and will only bottom out at 16°C (61°F).
Rain
This also marks the second driest month of the year with only 14mm of precipitation expected. Because of the low rain chances, there is a 50 percent chance of seeing a sunny day. That rain is also spread over just 6 days of the month. Some visitors may get lucky and see no rainfall at all on their vacation. Those that do will only have to deal with passing showers. During this time of the year the region also sees an impressive 12 hours of sunshine per day.
