Those looking for privacy in May and traveling with a large party will enjoy the five-bedroom villa of Siesta Runaway Bay. The home features a 60-foot porch, living room, dining room, and comes with two ocean kayaks, floats and other toys. This is a great alternative to Negil Beach as it is located just a few more miles down the road, but doesn't have the crowds that other nearby beaches do. The entry fee is only $5 US and can even be waived it vacationers enjoy a meal at the Cosmos restaurant that serves great beach food such as seafood and burgers.

Dunn's River Falls
One of the more popular things to do while visiting the region in May or any time of the year is to climb Dunn's River Falls. Here, vacationers can go on an once-in-a-lifetime adventure and scale a 186 meter series of waterfalls. Guides are available to help get guests up and down. Be sure to wear shoes that will grip the rock surfaces and appropriate footwear is available for sale or rent at the base of the falls.
