The Pantheon

Trevi Fountain

If you're a fan of water features, a visit to the Trevi Fountain is must. Completed in 1762, this fountain features figures of Neptune, the god of the sea, who is flanked on either side by Tritons.

Tradition dictates that if you toss a coin into the fountain, you're sure to return to Rome. Even if the prophecy doesn't come true, by throwing a coin in the fountain, you'll be making a donation to one of the city's charities.
