January is one of the quietest months to visit Puerto de Pollensa as it is right in the middle of the winter season. While the weather isn't extreme, January is the coldest month of the year, with average temperatures of around 9°C and lows of 4°C, so a jacket will definitely be needed at times. However, these temperatures are still comfortable for visitors and are much warmer than winter is other parts of Europe. There's still an average of around 5 hours of sunshine a day in January with temperatures reaching a pleasant 14°C on some days.

Along with a jacket, it's a good idea to pack an umbrella in your suitcase when visiting Puerto de Pollensa in January.
