June marks the start of summer in Porec, Croatia, and the average high is a toasty 25°C, while the average low is a warm 16°C.
The sea temperature tends to be similar at 22°C (71.6°F), but rainfall is higher than May at 80mm over 14 days.
That's not to say there's not plenty of sun, though; the daily average is 12 hours with about 58% reaching the ground.
The warm weather makes it an ideal time to get out and about and see some of the incredible things Porec has to offer, with the Baredine Cave being just one of them.
A real natural treasure, the cave boasts some amazing sculptures showcasing the power and creativity of water and visitors can see one of the understated wonders of the world in the form of stalactites and stalagmites.
The guided walk is 40 minutes and takes visitors past a crater 4 metres wide and 66 metres deep, leading to the underground lakes.
Visitors also pass through five halls and an equal number of galleries featuring both realistic and abstract sculptures, including created ones like Our Lady and the leaning tower of Pisa, as well as the cave's trademark, the snowman the torchbearer.
The cave is cooler than the outdoor air at this time of year, resting at 14°C, and the depth of the cave reaches 132 metres, so be prepared for some serious walking.
In addition to the cave is Brijuni Islands, located off the southwest coast of Istria, and is the only national park Istria has on offer.
It features 14 islands in 736 square hectares and showcases some real natural beauty as well as unusual species of animal.
With so much on offer it is little wonder than the Brijuni Islands are fast becoming 'the' place to meet in the business world.
