Things to do in Olu Deniz in March
Even though March in Olu Deniz isn't a month that is ideal for a typical Mediterranean holiday, there are plenty of things to see and do in the area all year round.
Telmessos
One simply can't go to Olu Deniz without even thinking about visiting the neighboring city of Telmessos, which is now known as Fethiye. Once a Greek city, the population is now almost completely Turkish. Many historical sites, restaurants and bars dot Fethiye's map and visiting some of them is certainly worthwhile.
Selale Yaka Park
The Selale Yaka Park is a great spot to relax as the weather is warming up. This fish farm includes a pretty park with water reservoirs where people can walk, sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
