Olu Deniz Beach for June
Olu Deniz is a very popular resort during the summer thanks to its spectacular beaches. They can be quite crowded during this time of the year, but this doesn't detract from the resort's natural beauty.
Kidrak Natural Park
If on the other hand you want to try and find someplace more private to swim, go to the Kidrak natural Park, which is actually a protected beach. It is close enough to Olu Deniz to be easily accessible, but since most tourists will go immediately to the famous lagoon for as swim, this gorgeous natural park remains relatively crowd-free even during high season.
Gemiler Beach
Another top beach option is Gemiler beach. It's reachable by boat or bus from Hisaronu and lies across St. Nikolas Island. The pretty beach is surrounded by olive trees, and you can visit the old Christian ruins on the island nearby by boat. There are some small restaurants nearby offering minimal but amazingly fresh fish dishes.

If you're up for some local treats, then you absolutely have to visit the Sultan Ahmed Restaurant. Situated close to the beach, the restaurant offers authentic Turkish cuisine, as well as international dishes. The service is warm and friendly, the food is reasonably priced and always of good quality.

Grand Ucel Aquapark
The Grand Ucel Aquapark is well worth a visit, especially if you're travelling with kids. The hotel is the first in the area to incorporate an aqua park and does a great job of keeping visitors entertained with plenty of slides and pools for all the family. The park is well known for its safety, cleanliness and great entertainment. Prices are reasonable, too, and even tourists who haven't booked in at the hotel can visit the Aquapark.
Saklikent Gorge
Visiting the Saklikent gorge is a must for tourists who love dramatic natural landscapes, wonderful beaches and watersports. The gorge is one of the largest and most beautiful in Turkey. You can go river rafting, canyoning or trekking in the gorge. There are restaurants and a beach at the end of the gorge, so once you've worked up an appetite you can enjoy a hearty lunch.
