What's the weather like in Ocho Rios in July
July's weather averages are very similar to those experienced in June. The biggest consideration if planning to visit Ocho Rios in July, is being closer to the center of the hurricane season, and therefore having a slightly higher chance of experiencing a hurricane so it might be worth checking the forecast.
Temperature
Average temperatures expected throughout the month are 29°C and are fairly consistent with temperatures expected during summer. Warm and humid, visitors to the resort during this period will appreciate buildings that are air conditioned, especially during the day where the cooler air offers some relief from the outside heat.
If you not fortunate enough to have an air-conditioned building, your resort's swimming pool or the ocean is the next best thing to escape the day time heat. If you're planning on spending the day in the water or by the sea, and few shaded areas are available, liberal use of sunblock won't go amiss as there is only a 9% chance of a cloudy day, and a 41% chance of the day being sunny.
Sea Temperature
The average sea temperature is at its highest this time of year (29°C).
Sunshine Hours
You will have an average of 10 hours of sunshine in July.

Rainfall
98mm of rainfall on average are expected to fall during an average 14 days, very similar amounts to June. A 25% chance of rain daily, means the odds are in your favour of being a dry day versus being a wet one. If you are lucky enough to have a sunny day, and the midday temperatures are not too unbearable, then a day at the beach will be bliss.
