“We are delighted and honoured to be part of the esteemed Platinum Circle”, said Heinrich Morio, Burj Al Arab’s General Manager. “This kind of recognition serves as a source of inspiration and shows that we are still the preferred choice for many travellers visiting the United Arab Emirates.”
The annual Gold List identifies the best of the best, the gold standard of hotels, resorts and cruise lines following an annual Reader’s Choice survey.

Dubai is an ideal place to escape Britain’s chilly and interminably long winter. With an average temperature of 21°C and at least 8 hours of sunshine in December, and ditto January bar a few degrees (less) – heading to Dubai for some winter sunshine is definitely a clever move!
