Weather
The weather was ok, it was cool and windy two days with hazy sunshine. Sunday and wednesday it rained and was very cold. Misty mornings drizzly rain coming off the sea most days.
Holiday
We hated newquay, its dirty (mini blackpool) cheap as chips, the beaches were full of rubbish, broken glass, and drunks.
We took our four year old grandson who was terrified of thuggish lads who were shouting abuse, fighting, digging up plants and battering baby seagulls to death! At 6pm!! Newquay has a real problem with alcohol abuse and the landlords of these establishments just kept on serving!!! The locals especially in port isaac were happy to rip you off £27.50 for two rounds of MAYONNAISE AND CRAB sandwiches and £6.30 for two pots of tea, no customer service, and greeted with a 'what do you want'? They might hate outsiders and holiday makers, but you rip us off so put a smile on your miserable cornish faces!
The parking is atrocious and expensive, yuk! As far as we are concerned you can have your own parliament, your a disgrace. I will never visit cornwall again, I now know where they made 'the hills have eyes'!!! Certainly no place to take young grandchildren to play on a beach. Give it a miss you would be better off in Bognor Regis!!!Recommend Newquay to others?

Weather
The weather was ok on some days but mostly cloudy and rainy. Only had hours of proper sun and heat.
But when it is sunny it's lovely for the beach!
With all the things you can do there you really notice the weather.Holiday
Overall good there was lots to do round Newquay including indoor and activities plenty shops.
Creely theme park is near for the chidren.
Relaxing bars and plenty of music around, good for the whole family.Recommend Newquay to others?
