July is the hottest month of the year in Jamaica, and the beaches and swimming pools of Montego Bay are packed during this time. Humidity and heat are both high during the peak summer months, so if you don't deal well with either then perhaps this isn't the best time for you to visit!

Average Sea Temperature

Any rain you experience may be a welcome event, to cool down in this heat, however swimming is also a good go-to, with an average July sea temperature of 29°C.
