High/Low Temperature
The average high is 30°C, with an average low of 24°C. That leaves you with hot weather even on the coolest of days, so no need for any jackets.
Rain
Don't think the rain will cool you down, either the wet weather just serves to make it more humid! There will be a lot of it, too, so check the forecast when you are heading out to see when you will need to dodge the rain. Torrential downpours are not uncommon as 178mm of rain will fall over a period of around 13 days out of the month this is in fact the third wettest month of the year. The wet season is truly here, which means you will want to pack a poncho or raincoat in your suitcase.
Sea Temperature
Coastal USA cities like this one are often hugely attractive because of their beaches, and if you are going down to the white sands here, you will find the chance to take a dip in the ocean. It might not be as cooling as you think, however the average sea temperature is a warm 29°C. This makes it very comfortable to swim, though make sure you keep an eye on the skies: a storm could mean lightning strikes, which means getting out of the water.
This is high summer, so a lot of visitors like to come at this time of year though you can still avoid the normal tourist routes if you want a less crowded holiday experience.
