Their main speciality is a seafood paella, which earns great reviews. They sell many small but beautifully appointed dishes which look almost too good to eat.

Maximilians Restaurant serves Italian a bit of a favourite in Gran Canaria! This is one of the more upmarket options if you want to go for this cuisine. Their speciality dishes include veal fillet, fillet steak, entrecote, a traditional dish of chicken breast with tomato, garlic, and hot spices, and sole or other fresh fish on the day.
