Things to do in Maspalomas in December
During December Maspalomas is neither too hot nor too cold, which makes it a great time of year to play golf. The Salobre Golf and Resort offers two courses to choose from, offering breathtaking views over the neighbouring mountains and Atlantic Ocean. The resort features a number of facilities including a putting green and Pro shop.
On the other hand, if you're here with the little ones you may want to take them to Holiday World in Maspalomas for at least one afternoon. This amusement park boasts a whole host of different rides and activities including a Ferris wheel, bumper cars, playgrounds, bowling alleys and even a 4D cinema.
Another place you may also want to take them to is Minigolf Yumbo, located at the entrance of Yumbo Shopping Centre in Playa del Ingles. The course features a series of entertaining and challenging holes. This miniature course is highly popular and is open seven days a week, from 10am until late.
A great way to explore the natural beauty of Gran Canaria is by horse. El Salobre Horse Riding offers a variety of horse riding treks out into the local countryside. The riding stables caters for all riding abilities and can be found just 10 minutes away from Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas.
