Ca´n Cuarassa is a beachfront restaurant located in Port de Pollensa. The restaurant itself is set in an old Majorcan house with the original décor. All the bread and desserts are homemade and most of the fish and meat dishes are cooked in front of your eyes on a charcoal grill.

Tito's

Majorca boasts many top nightclubs and Tito's in Palma is no exception. Established in the 1950s, this club is popular with people in their early 20s and is spread over three floors. The best time to visit is around 2am, leaving you loads of time to enjoy the night before the club closes at 6am.

Hogan's

Hogan's also situated in Palma, is a must-visit for sports fans. This Irish establishment features bars and woodwork which was handcrafted in Ireland before the bar first opened in 1996. Here you can watch every major sports match live on one of the nine large screen TVs. On top of the draught Guinness, this bar also serves cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and soft drinks.

Formentor Lighthouse

If you want to do some exploring, sign up for an excursion to visit the Formentor Lighthouse. Available in English, German and Spanish, this half-day tour starts at Puerto de Pollensa and takes you along the Formentor Peninsula, past many sightseeing opportunities and the Formentor beach, before arriving at the lighthouse.

Alcudia Old Town

Alcudia Old Town is a great place to visit to get a feel for what Majorca was like before it was changed by mass tourism. There are loads of narrow, winding streets to explore, lined with cafes, restaurants, shops and bakeries. On Tuesdays and Sundays the town hosts a large market, full of stalls laden with food and handicrafts which make ideal souvenirs or gifts.

Classic Rally

Classic Rally also takes place on the third week of March in Majorca the next one will be held on March 13th-15th 2014 and will be the tenth edition. This exciting race is one of Europe's most famous and competitive car events and takes cars through approximately 400km of winding mountain roads on the west of the island. Around 60 vehicles take part each year in two different categories competition which is focused on speed and regularity which concentrates on the lighter, more fun side of the event.
