Magaluf is located on the Spanish Island of Majorca and is renowned as one the world's best party destinations.

There are plenty of attractions and activities to do in Magaluf appropriate for both young party-goers and families. For the more adventurous Karting Magaluf, Quake Jet Boat Ride and Big Blue Diving are a must. But if you want a night out with the family The Pirates Adventure Show and Come Fly with Me are both worth a visit.

There is also a broad range of theme and water parks to keep both kids and adults entertained such as the Western Water Park, Aqualand Water Park and Sole Wave House. If you want to get in the party mood for the night ahead then you can set sail on the Magalluf Booze Cruise or the BCM boat party.

Go-Karting

Speed junkies will be pleased to know Magaluf has one of the best race tracks in the whole of Majorca.

If you are travelling with a group of friends, Karting Magaluf  is ideal for an action packed day which offers a 'formula one' experience. There is the option to rent a go-kart to race round the circuits or you can compete with friends in a group event. Refreshments are available at the bar and terrace, located by the racing track. 

Cycling and mountain biking

Cycling in Magaluf is a great way to discover the islands flora and fauna and take in the natural landscape.

Mountain bike tours are available at Tramuntana Tours in Soller, a 35 minute drive from Magaluf. Take a ride through off-road tracks passing wild donkeys or pass through pine forests and olive groves.

If you are thinking of hiring a bike, Palma on Bike offers rentals and tours around the city and port of Palma De Mallorca. They are equipped with bikes suitable for all types of terrain.

Boat Excursions

There are a variety of boat tours from world famous party booze cruises to relaxing catamaran trips around Magaluf.

If you are looking for a wild party with friends the Magalluf Booze Cruise is an unforgettable experience. Free shots are offered once boarding the boat and there are a range of experienced DJs. Party games are a big part of the trip so you can't afford to be shy. At the end of the excursion you will walk away with an exclusive booze cruise t-shirt.

The BCM boat party departs Magaluf Beach every Saturday at 3pm and hosts some of the best BCM Nightclub DJs. During the excursion there is the opportunity to take a swim in the ocean and have fun on the slides at the back of the boat.

Click Mallorca offers a relaxing glass bottom catamaran boat tour from the south coast of Poniente passing Magaluf and Palma Nova. You will see stunning views of Majorca's beaches, various islands and sheltered bays.

Theme Parks

There are plenty of water and theme parks on offer in Magaluf from hardcore water slides to mini golf courses.

Adrenaline junkies will love Western Water Park  which offers the highest water slide in Majorca. It is a themed Western town which has a wide variety of slides, children attractions and a Jacuzzi for those looking to relax. The Western Divers Show, the Wheel of Death and a cowboy themed show are just some of the many shows to keep you entertained.

Another place for thrill-seekers is Aqualand Water Park located across the road from Western Water Park just outside of the Magaluf resort. There are a range of water slides and rapids and children have the opportunity to swim with and slide down a massive dragon.

Magaluf is not the ideal place to surf but Sol Wave House offers two surfing machines, the Flow Barrel and the Double Flow Rider perfect for both beginners and more experienced riders.  There is also a large Billabong surf shop, a swimming pool and a snack bar on the grounds.

 Katmandu Park is an ideal theme park for families. It has a 4D cinema experience, a 36 hole crazy golf course and a cowboy western style laser shooting game. But there are also attractions specifically tailored to adults such as 'The Asylum' which is guaranteed to give you nightmares for the rest of your trip.

Water Sports

If you are searching for adrenaline-packed water sports, Magaluf has it all. From banana boats to Jet-skiing the Spanish resort is equipped for all types of water activities.

For those in search of extreme water sports Quake Jet Boat Ride is a 25 minute jet boat ride based on the shores of Magaluf. The boats can accelerate up to 100kph so it is not a ride for the faint hearted. This experience can only be found here out of the whole of Europe.

If you have always fancied a go at scuba diving Big Blue Diving offers everything you could possibly wish for. They have a range of diving experiences for beginners and professionals from ship wrecks to caves. Children over the age of 8 are able to participate and specially trained divers will be there to guide you along. Even though the diving school is under a German-Swiss line the experienced team speak English and many other languages.

Theatre Performances

Aside from the many night clubs in Magaluf there are a variety top class evening theatre performances on offer.

The Pirates Adventure Show is one of Magalufs most popular attractions. It exhibits a wide variety of world class acrobatics, gymnastics, fire breathers and dancing.  The Pirate themed dinner show is for all ages but there is also a Pirates Reloaded Show for 18+ only. 

If you are a fan of the swing era you can sit back and listen to some of Frank Sinatra's greatest hits at the Globo Balear Theatre. The Come Fly with Me show will guide you through the singers most memorable moments with some of the world's finest dancing and acrobatics. Complimentary champagne and chocolates are also available in the Diamond Club to make your evening even more special.

Historical Sites

The nearest historical and cultural sites to Magaluf are situated in the capital Palma de Mallorca just a 20 minute drive from the resort.

If you feel like venturing out of Magaluf for the day you can visit La Seu Cathedral, located on the site of a pre-existing mosque in Palma de Mallorca. La Seu is a Gothic cathedral built in 1601 taking over 300 years to build. The cathedral boasts beautiful architecture with a high rise ceiling and contains one of the world's largest stain glass windows.

Bellver Castle is a 14th century Gothic style castle overlooking the rest of Palma. The castle sits upon a hill which takes 600 steps to finally reach but the views are worth it. Various Kings of Mallorca have lived in the castle and it was used as a military prison throughout the 18th to 20th century.

La Almudaina Royal Palace was originally built as an Arabian Fort in the capital city of Palma. Some of the areas can be closed off as this is still an official Royal residence at certain times of the year. The palace is found opposite the Palma Cathedral so it is worth visiting both attractions on the same day.
