It's always wise to check the annual averages before booking a holiday, but November in Luxor, Egypt is a warm month with cooler low temperatures. The average temperature is 20°C, comprised of an average high of 28°C and low of 11°C. Rainfall is half what it was in October, at 20mm, but humidity increases again to 55%, tying it with January to be the second most humid month of the year. Sunshine hours are also the second lowest, at 10 hours per day on average.
November does not have any events to note, but Luxor is such a trove of history and interest that you will not be stuck for things to do. Indeed, one of the most interesting things is the Karnak Open-Air Museum, which has reconstructions of ancient structures that were, for whatever reason, removed including the Chapelle Rouge of Hatshepsut.
