Villa

If you're travelling as a large group, take a look at this four-bedroom villa in Los Gigantes. This villa is one of the closest to the marina and offers fantastic sea views which stretch over to La Gomera, making it ideally-located for watching sun sets. Up to ten guests can stay at this villa at a time, which comes with ensuite bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, lounge with satellite TV, UK channels and video games, central heating, air conditioning, WiFi access and garden terrace with barbecue, furniture and private swimming pool. If you don't fancy cooking your own food, there are plenty of eateries and bars nearby.

Bars And Restaurants

El Rincon de Antonio

For traditional Canarian cuisine, enjoy a meal at El Rincon de Antonio. Located on the harbour with great sea views, this restaurant is decorated in a traditional Canarian style, with stone walls and wooden furniture, giving it a warm and friendly ambiance. The menu changes regularly according to what is in season, but freshly-caught seafood platters and a choice of tapas is always available. There is also an extensive wine list with many local bottles.

Restaurante Miranda's

Carnivores won't want to pass up the opportunity for a meal at Restaurante Miranda's. Situated in one of the oldest parts of the resort, this eatery is known for its steak and chicken platters which are served up on sizzling plates alongside Canarian potatoes, chips, rice or gratin potatoes. Other noteworthy dishes include duck with black cherry sauce and roast leg of lamb. All dishes are cooked to order, so although you might have to wait a while for you meal, it will definitely be worth it.

Los Gigantes Diving Centre

Los Gigantes Diving Centre organises various PADI- and BSAC-certified diving trips for those seriously into scuba diving, as well as try dives, single dives and diving packages for those who just want to try it for a bit of fun. Based in the Los Gigantes harbour, this centre covers a huge number of diving sites around the coast of Tenerife, several of which are known for being hotspots for turtles, octopus species and stingrays.

Ocean Adventure Water Sports

If you'd rather stay out of the water, try parascending with Ocean Adventure Water Sports instead. The parascending boat leaves the Los Gigantes harbour daily and all ages are allowed to give it a go, so adults and children alike can enjoy it. The boat will speed past the cliffs of Los Gigantes, giving you great views of the natural wonders, and since your take-off and landings both take place on the boat, you won't get wet at all.
