July is the warmest month of the year in Liverpool by a few degrees over August, but that doesn't mean that you can leave the long sleeve shirts at home. While temperatures are significantly warmer than they are during the winter months, it can still get fairly chilly during the late night/early morning hours. Because of the warmer conditions, this is also one of the most popular months of the year for visitors to take a holiday to the region. Be prepared for longer lines as well as some higher costs associated with the peak of the travel season.
