The weather was fantastic, we had sunshine everyday which is excellent for May time.
We also visited in August one year and it was in the 40's!Holiday
We were there in May & stayed in a fantastic villa which was a private rental from Vassiliki Bay Villas: www.vassbayvillas.com
The owners were very professional and helpful, which made our holiday in Lefkada superb.
Would recommend Lefkada and especially Vassiliki Bay Villas.Recommend Lefkada to others?

Lefkas, the hidden gem

Usually hot and dry, have been many times but only once had rain, but when it rains it rains! thankfully more showers than sustained.
Holiday
onlt 2 resorts on the island, lefkas own and Nydri. Nydri is the main resort, lovelly bay with views across to 7 islands, including onassis' island of skorpios. Beach very narrow, but not normally crowded. don't want too many people to find out about this place or it could spoil it's charm. ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday, people very, very friendly. Many bars and excellent restaurants line the sea front mainly around the bay area. bars shut when you are ready to go! Local bakeries bake on the premises and open till very late in the evenings. restaurants excellent sellin local produce and frsh meats and fish, often from the local sea!
