HOT... Summer all over Cyprus is the same HOT NO RAIN Great (June-Sept). You have to take it easy, need Air Con and buy a supply of drinking water, very light cotton clothing required in the summer. WE have been to Cyprus in all the seasons and none disappoint, winter you require jackets. March you still get a suntan bout 22 degrees can get fantastic thunder storms and rainfall at night, can be cold at night. Going back this year in two weeks will write a review on return as to the weather at end October/ Nov 2008.
Holiday
Larnaca is beautiful, typically mediteranean and dusty!! The quieter part of Cyprus holiday areas. But central which for us is the best we hire a car and tour the whole island from our base in Larnaca. We go back to Cyprus 1-2 times a year, this year will be our first visit since the Euro came into force, so will let you know on the price rises on our return! If you went to Cyprus 10 plus years ago it is time to revisit. Complete changes of Main Roads and holiday areas. Very up and coming now.
