The weather was mild warm in Moshi town and cold in the Kilimanjaro mountain, as you climb high, the temperature decreased.
It is advised to protect youself with warm weather. Kilimanjaro forest is wet and slippery hence mountain boots were useful.Holiday
We climbed kilimanjaro through Machame route, one of scenic beauty route.
We were 4 people, 2 guides, 7 porters and 1 cook. The Guides lead us well and explained us to hike slowly slowly while getting enough breath. We were provided with enough clean safe water for drinking.
The cook prepared delicious meal suitable for mountain climbing and menu to cope with weather like cold.

Weather
Mostly warm during the day, very piercing sun once higher than the clouds. You need strong sun factor and remember to put it on and behind your ears.
Night times get very cold from the second night onwards. You'll be eating dinner with your hat, snow jacket and gloves on.Holiday
Amazing. This is not our average holiday destination. It's an experience holiday. It's hard work, it's filthy dirty but it's utterly amazing.
