What's the Weather Like in Kerala in July

The monsoon season continues throughout July in KeralaIndia, when the resort experiences the most rainfall of the year.

Guruvayur Temple

The Guruvayur Temple is one of the most popular sites to visit in Kerala. The temple itself is very peaceful and is best visited out of season in order to avoid large queuesuly being a perfect time of year to do this. The best ceremony to see is the Vakacharthu which takes place around 4am. Surrounding the temple you'll find a number of shops that are great for picking up a souvenir or some gifts for friends and family back home.

Wonderla Amusement Park

Wonderla Amusement Park is a must-visit if you're holidaying with little ones. This family-friendly theme park features a great selection of attractions and rides, with something for all tastes and ages. As well as rides, slides and games, there are also many cafés and restaurants where you can stop for lunch or a beverage.

Vembanad Lake

If you're in the mood for even more water fun, hiring a boat and sailing around beautiful Vembanad Lake is a must during your stay in Kerala. This lake is packed with wildlife, making it a great day out for children. If you don't want to rent a boat, you can relax on the side of the lake and watch the world go by. Arrive early in the evening to be treated to one of the most beautiful sunsets in Kerala.
