In the evening, the mercury drops down to around 23°C. This is as "cold" as the nights ever get in Keralahe same nighttime temperatures are also recorded in NovemberDecember and January. Rainfall

Cloud cover is also related to precipitation and therefore it should come as no surprise that February is one of the year's driest months. In fact, only January is drier. The total amount of rainfall this month is 26mm, which is spread out over no more than 3 days with rainfall. The chance that rainfall occurs is very low, but does increase in the course of the month, from 5% in the beginning to 14% at the end.

There really only is one common type of rainfall in February: thunderstorms. They occur on 79% of the days with rainfall.
