From April through to November in Kavos, Greece experiences typical tourist weather. The summer is hot and dry, making the beaches a popular draw, and the long days full of sunshine.

In general the 18- to 30-year-old party crowd does not inhabit the beach much, preferring to stick to the hotel pools, therefore families and other people avoiding this atmosphere can relax at the beach.

In May, the Simply Corfu tour starts up. It's an all-day adventure that takes tourists from the ancient Achilleion Place then moves on to the lush and untouched forest of Bella Vista before it ends on the island of Pontikonisi. There are lots of beautiful and unique sights that are worth spending a day seeing.
