Tour the Historic Le Hocq Tower
Le Hocq Tower is a major historical site that shouldn't miss on your Jersey itinerary. This is one of the many round towers that were built to safeguard Jersey Island from French invasion. The towers were constructed on the orders of General Henry Seymour Conway who was the governor at the time. It is believed Le Hocq Tower was completed in 1781 and its weaponry included an 18-pounder naval cannon mounted on the roof.
