Take advantage of the warm summer weather and head to Cala Conta Beach. This beach is 800m long and 15-30 metres wide, providing plenty of room for children to play. The fine golden sand is divided into two stretches, one backed by a rocky coastline and one lined with sand dunes. There is a third, much smaller cove further on which is used by naturists. Teatro Pereyra
If you get tired of the nightclubs, head to Teatro Pereyra for a night with a difference. This theatre offers a much more relaxed and laid-back atmosphere than many of the other nightlife hotspots in Ibiza. Away from the usual energetic dance music, this venue offers a wide spectrum of entertainment featuring DJs and live bands playing all sorts of music, usually in 30-minute stints. Teatro Pereyra is open in the afternoon, but the entertainment doesn't begin until around midnight. There is an entry fee to pay and the drinks prices increase when the entertainment begins.
Church of es Cubells
At the end of the road which leads to Es Cubells you'll find the Church of es Cubells. This simple, humble church is bright white on the outside and features plain yet beautiful stonework along the sides. Church of es Cubells was built in the 19th century and is today a popular place for locals and visitors alike to get married. There are many small cafes in the area where you can enjoy a refreshing drink and soak up the holy atmosphere which the church creates.
Dolphin-Spotting Trip
There are loads of boat trips available in Ibiza and this dolphin-spotting trip is one of the most popular. Although sightings are not guaranteed, the chances of seeing a school of dolphins is very high, so don't forget your camera. This boat trip begins at the port in Ibiza at midday and sails over to Es Vedra where the bottlenose dolphins are frequently spotted. Whether or not you see any dolphins, your dolphin-spotting trip ends with a short break at the best beach in Formentera before heading back to Ibiza for around 6pm.
