Dolphinarium
Because of the very warm sea temperature in August in Holguin, it is a brilliant time to visit the Dolphinarium, Cayo Naranjo which is where you can swim and interact with the dolphins. Bahia de Naranjo Nature Park
Another great experience is visiting the Bahia de Naranjo Nature Park where you will be able to enjoy catamaran rides, snorkelling and having lunch. They even have private accommodation but it books up very fast so would need to be booked well in advance. It has indoor areas too in case you get caught in rain.
