El Puertito
El Puertito is located towards the west end of the south coast near the untouched fishing villages of whitewashed buildings. It is a simple sandy beach with a beautiful view of the local fishing boats anchored in the bay. There are a few restaurants featuring fresh fish nearby.
Playa de los Abriguitos
The beach at Playa de los Abriguitos, with its light, tan sand, is located on the coast at Los Abodes and is surrounded by a hard, volcanic landscape. It is easily accessible with plenty of parking. Despite the development of new homes, this beach remains a popular destination since it is sheltered from the winds thus providing calm seas.

Tasca Tierras del Sur
Tasca Tierras del Sur in Granadilla de Abona, has a characteristic, traditional, warm décor and features wine from the region, Spain and beyond. Try the ham and smoked mackerel croquettes, goats cheese balls with red onion marmalade, cod fritters with mango mayonnaise, and prawn salad. Desserts to try are Toblerone chocolate mousse and rum and honey liqueurs. The restaurant serves locally grown produce is is frequented by local residents sampling the local beer.
Oliver's With a Twist
Oliver's With a Twist, in Los Cristianos, seems plain on the outside but has a beautiful interior. It features a mini breakfastomplete with mini egg. Dinner entrees include Stilton pie, beef stew and fresh fish filleted on the premises. Also worth sampling is the salmon trio, sea bass, traditional fish and chips, pork tenderloin and an Indian Panga served with a pint of pale ale. It is a good location for families with children, a romantic dinner, or special occasions.
Tasca El Granero
The small Tasca El Granero, in Tijoco Bajo Adeje, boasts local food cooked in a French style. It is a little difficult to find but you will be happy you did with the restaurants beautiful décor and charming courtyard. Consider the specials such as Chopitos and Langostines Flambe, rack of lamb with the house champagne, fresh tuna, and scallops with cauliflower puree. Also featured is the foie gras and duck combination, friend baby squid, and their famous crème brulee.

Golf Costa Adeje
The Golf Costa Adeje in Los Olivos, Adeje, is a challenging yet comfortable course. It is a par 72, 18 hole course with an the additional nine hole Los Lagos course. Golf Costa Adeje is spread out over three levels accessible by an elevator to move the carts. It has six lakes on a beautiful setting that was once a banana plantation. It was the home of the 2008, 2009, and 2014 Spanish/Tenerife ladies European tour.
Reserva Ambiental de San Blas
The Reserva Ambiental de San Blas, in San Miquel de Abona, is a place to learn about the volcanic, geological history of Tenerife. A guided tour was show you the wildlife and plant life of the area plus a description of the lives of the first inhabitants. There is a museum, a walk through the San Blas Ravine, and an interactive display in the Historical Experience Tunnel, signifying historical events of the island.
Submarine Safaris
For a completely unique experience, take the Submarine Safaris excursion and explore under the ocean. The submarine submerges to a depth of 100 feet and settles gently on the sandy, sea bottom where you will view, through a giant porthole, Atlantic stingrays, eels, barracudas, flute fish and starfish among the shipwrecks. The submarine adventure is located in the San Miquel Marina close to the Golf del Sur. Reservations are highly recommended.
