In the afternoons, the mercury keeps on climbing to an average high of 30°C, while in the evenings, it drops to a pleasant average low of 20°C. Both averages tend to decrease in the course of the month, though. The average high decreases from 31°C to 28°C and the average low from 21°C to 17°C.

Sunshine Hours

Another thing that decreases is the length of the days. September 1 is the longest day with 12.56 daylight hours; September 30 is the shortest day with 11.50 hours of daylight. This implies that each day in September is 2.2 minutes shorter than the previous one.
