Enfidha is in the north-eastern part of Tunisia, which is located in the northern part of Africa. Northern Africa is well known for its tourism facilities, and for being one of the top holiday destinations for travellers from Europe.
With a temperate climate providing year-round wonderful weather, luxury hotels, beaches, golfing, and more, Enfidha has a lot to offer tourists. The country itself has both a Mediterranean climate and a dry, desert climate. The regions vary in climate, but overall the country is hot. The south is mostly part of the Sahara Desert, while the north is a coastal area with more humidity but also more of a sea breeze. The summers are long, dry, and hot, while the winters are milder than other countries with more rain.
Winter
Enfidha has a mild winter. The lows range from 8C to 20C with an average winter day seeing temperatures around 12C. These averages do not include the low temperatures at night, which are sometimes well below freezing during the winter; however, the winter sun shines most of the time, bringing daytime warmth to the area. There is rainfall but it is still minimal. The winter seasons lasts from about October until March.
Summer
The summer season is long in Enfidha and lasts from April to September, with warm temperatures sometimes even lasting well into November. July and August experience daytime temperatures around the mid-20s-30s Celsius. Fortunately, the cool sea breeze offers welcome respite from the blazing sun; as does the temperature come nightfall, which even in the summer, dips.
