Bags of fun for all the family and pretty cost-effective, Aqualand water park regularly offers deals and discounts for families with children. Here you'll find a handful of adrenaline-pumping water slides, as well as four extensive kids' zones, full of hidden places to explore. What really makes this water park stand out is the dolphinarium which boasts the best dolphin show in the world. There are a number of cafés and bars inside the water park, but visitors are also allowed to bring picnics in if they wish.
Blue Bottom Diving
If you've ever wanted to try your hand at scuba diving, stop by Blue Bottom Diving. This popular diving school offers a range of 5-star PADI-certified courses for snorkelling and recreational diving, as well as a number of courses for instructors and dive masters. Although the centre is based in Costa Adeje, Blue Bottom Diving offers trips in over 20 different locations throughout Tenerife, with each point less than 15 minutes away from the boat. Each diving site offers something different, from ancient ship wrecks and alien rock formations to hidden cliffs and tropical fish, ensuring something to suit everyone.

Puerto de la Cruz comes to life with the Virgen del Carmen fiesta around the 16th.
