Like other parts of the world, Corralejo celebrates Holy Week come March. During Holy Week, local churches hold Maunday Thursday and Good Friday services, as well as processions and parades. Maunday Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday are all considered public holidays and most locals have those day off.
