Acua Water Park

Because of its latitudinal position and low level of air pollution, Fuerteventura is in an ideal spot for star-gazing. The company Stars by Night offers astro-tourism, including astronomy courses, night photography workshops and stargazing excursions.

Dates to Note

In mid-June, locals celebrate Corpus Christi, a religious Catholic event in which flowers are laid in the streets around Fuerteventura. The flowers create pictures of Biblical stories and artistic patterns.
