What's the Weather like in Casablanca in July
Though July reaches the same average high temperatures as August in Casablanca, the weather is usually a degree cooler at night time. This means July cannot be considered the hottest month of the year. But in the day time, no one would know the difference.
Temperature
Average high temperatures of 26°C ensure the sun is nearly always shining in Casablanca during this month, although it never seems too hot to do a little exploring. And with the chance of rain almost negligible on any single day, low humidity levels keep the climate very comfortable indeed. Even at night the temperature remains very warm. 19°C is the average low temperature expected throughout this time, which means air conditioning or some strong fans are essential for a good night's sleep. But for those who enjoy the nightlife in the city, these warm night time conditions keep the temperature rising, and are ideal for all the al fresco nightclubs and fine dining that the city has to offer.
Rainfall
Most years in July there isn't even a drop of rain in July, though the average forecast does predict 10mm of precipitation to fall on a single occasion. But don't be surprised if the land is dry and there isn't a cloud in the sky throughout the whole length of your visit. It seems that the air is always clear.
Average Sea Temperature
Sea temperatures are also very inviting at this time of the year, reaching a very enticing 22°C throughout the month. This warmth then progresses to peak temperatures of 23°C in August. And if you can find a sheltered area to swim, it offers a truly refreshing experience.
Average Sunshine Hours
July, however, does experience less hours of daily sunshine than the brightest month of the year in June. But with an average of 10 hours a day of beautiful sun, a trip to Casablanca in July is magnificent.

Beaches in Casablanca for July
Ain Diab
Ain Diab is the most famous, and most popular, beach in Casablanca. This long, sandy beach takes up almost the entire Casablanca coast line and has something for everyone. Just a short walk from the city centre, the beach offers a host of activities from camel rides and quad biking to water sports and children's entertainment. The large array of restaurants will serve you anything that is on their menu. Or if you don't want to leave the sand, local vendors are always on hand to offer some refreshment. Though the waves can be very rough in the winter months, the water is a lot friendlier at this time of the year. And with a range of beach clubs lining the sand, you will never be without something to do.
Essaouira Beach
Travel a little out of Casablanca and come to the far less crowded Essaouira beach. Though still very popular, the fishing village of Essaouira is far calmer than the city of Casablanca, and the beach reflects that sentiment. The strong gusty wind throughout the year ensures this is the ideal place for water sports and activity. But if you find a sheltered spot around the edge of the beach, sunbathing is also quite possible. But please be wary of local customs, it is expected that you won't show too much skin at Essaouira.
Bars and Restaurants
Club L'armstrong
In the summer months, Club L'armstrong is always one of the most popular places to go in Casablanca, especially in the peak month of July. The combination of old and new tunes, lovely long drinks and a great atmosphere means this club is heaving every night of the week. All types of music are in fashion at Club Armstrong, from rock to jazz and everything in between. And with live entertainment regularly scheduled, once you've been to Club Armstrong once, you won't be able to resist going back.
Irish Pub
As you may have guessed from the name, the Irish Pub is a touch of the blarney, right in the middle of Casablanca. From the live music, the food and even the drinks on offer, everything could have come straight from the Emerald Isle, but definitely by the way of Africa. Though the traditional Irish features are all over this bar, the presence of stuffed animals and African design is very distinctive. But when put together, it really works, offering a friendly hostelry for everyone to enjoy.
Blend Gourmet Burger
There's no second guessing what you're going to get to eat at Blend Gourmet Burger, but it could well be the best burger you have ever eaten. Succulently fresh ingredients and expert grilling ensure every burger that comes out of this establishment is mouth wateringly good. But there's always a tantalising twist. The service is friendly, the portions are large but the prices are definitely not overdone. Even the freshly made lemonade will have you coming back for more, and that's before you even get to the ice cream.
Things to do in Casablanca in July

It's not possible to go to Casablanca and not notice how many people enjoy the surf. And whether you have been riding the waves all your life or never stepped on a board before, July is definitely the time to get in the water. Professional instructors will ensure you can get up on your feet and let you join in one of the most popular sports around.

This quaint area has a wealth of beautiful little shops and restaurants and bars aplenty - just remember to haggle whenever you buy. There are two very attractive mosques to visit, and don't forget to sample some of the famous Quartier Habous cookies that are sold here on site.
