Autumn is a wonderful time to visit this region of Spain, because not only are temperatures much less than the previous few months, yet still very mild, but crowds are less too, which means you are able to explore in much freer conditions. There is much to see and do both in Calella and around it, and exploring is much easier in lower temperatures.

Temperature

You can expect an average temperature of around 17°C, which can reach as high as 22°C during the hottest part of the day as an average high. Evenings are markedly cooler, with an average low temperature of around 11°C, which can feel quite dramatic compared to the heat of the day simply remember to take that thin jacket with you during evening walks.

Average Sunshine Hours

Average Sea Temperature

The average sea temperature is still sitting at around 22°C at this time, so beach days and water-sports can still be enjoyed.

Rainfall

The best way around this is to keep an eye on forecasts and to listen to what locals say, as they are very up to date on weather developments!
