The weather was fantasic, always in the high 20 degrees and reaching 30 midday to late afternoon and this in October! Clear blue skies bringing sun bathers to the beach.
Holiday
The good weather made the resort feel like mid summer with the beach bars full and doing good business. There are enough good restaurants to eat at during the day and more in the evening.
Burgau's location makes it ideal for exploring the west coast and many resorts on the Algarve.Recommend Burgau to others?

Weather
I have been going to Burgau for over twenty years at different times of the year and the weather has always been great. Yes, we have had rain in April but you expect that. Fortunately, when it is very hot you have a lovely breeze.
Holiday
We always stay at the Salsalito in Burgau. It is a piece of heaven, Sally and Ralph are so welcoming which is why we keep going back every year, there are so many lovely villas and apartments to rent so you are spoilt for choice, for family holidays too. Burgau is always fantastic, never any different.
There are so many fantastic restaurants too choose from. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Don't expect discos or anything like that, it just a chill out holiday. Ideal for young children, couples and families. Older children may find it a bit quiet though.Recommend Burgau to others?
