March and April are the best months for skiing in Banff.

The temperatures are slightly better compared to the earlier months and, by March, you will have safely avoided the deep freeze of January. The average temperature in the daytime is around 5°C (40°F) where as the average minimum temperatures during the night are about -7°C (19°F).
