Temperature
The average low temperature for Ayia Napa in July is an incredibly warm 21°C while the average high temperature is 32°C, perfect for days spent on one of the resort's many beaches. And if that's not enough, both temperatures increase even a bit more throughout the month. July starts off with an average low temperature of 21°C and an average high of 31°C, but by the end of the month both temperatures have risen to 23°C and 33°C respectively. Sea Temperature
The average sea temperature is 27°C, so it's an ideal time of year to go for a dip or try out some of the different water sports on offer, such as scuba diving or parasailing. Only in August and September is the Mediterranean Sea warmer.

The hotel's gym, sauna and laundry area are just added bonuses to an excellent accommodation.
Alion Beach Hotel
A five-star hotel, the Alion Beach Hotel is one of the resort's best hotels. It has plenty of facilities and an excellent staff, but its biggest asset might just be its location. This classy hotel is located right at Grecian Bay. Facilities include, but aren't limited to, an outdoor pool and children's pool, tennis and squash courts, a wellness and health centre, several restaurants and bars, and a well-equipped games room.

Ayia Thekla
Ayia Napa latest urban addition is found in Ayia Thekla. Located on the resort's western edge, it was developed during the 1990s. This area consists of new and modern houses and villas, as well as an old historic church and ancient rock tombs. The area's main beach is shaped like an arc and made up of soft white sand and shallow clear waters. Its small bay is dotted with little islands. In summer, there's always some activity going on at and around the beach, whether it's parasailers, joggers, sunbathers or kite-surfers. Amenities in the area include a beach bar, mini-market and fast food stall. There's a fun weekly market (on Wednesdays) as well.
Bars and Restaurants
Kandi Street Party
One of the hottest new parties in Ayia Napa is the Kandi Street Party at the Ayia Napa Circus Square. Over the summer, the square is transformed into an open-air party venue with a main stage, renowned DJs, competitions and drinking games. A ticket to the event grants entry to all nightclubs on the square and entry to an after-party. This is the place to be in the resort if you're there to party!
En Plo Beach Bar
En Plo Beach Bar is open during the day and in the evening. It's a wonderful seaside restaurant and bar and offers great views of the Mediterranean Sea. This is a place where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, a snack in the afternoon, and dinner and drinks in the evening. Couples might want to take advantage of the superb romantic waterfront locationome tables are literally one step from the sea.
Things to Do in Ayia Napa in July
WaterWorld Waterpark
WaterWorld Waterpark is very close to many Ayia Napa hotels and is something that you can't afford to miss. This is one of the resort's major attractions. WaterWorld only exists since 1996 and has won no less than 25 awards since then. There are 21 thrill rides for people of all ages, including a wave pool, whirlpool, (kamikaze) slides and toboggans. This is Europe's largest water park and without question one of the main attractions in all of Cyprus. In addition to all the fun rides, the park also offers sunloungers, umbrellas and free parking. There are plenty of eateries as well, such as a pizzeria and ice cream parlour.
Yellow Submarine
There are several different boat trips you can do in and Ayia Napa, from party cruises to dive trips to dolphin cruises. One of the best ones, however, is the Yellow Submarine. This particular boat trip is both relaxing and fascinating. The boat's upper deck is where you can lay in the sun, get a drink at the bar and/or enjoy the music, while the lower deck has 30 underwater windows through which you can admire the abundance of sea life. The trip also include a divers' shows, fish feeding and a swim and snorkel stop.
